Description

SBP was engaged to facilitate a comprehensive strategic planning process with the National Residential division of the organisation. The objective was to establish strategic alignment and greater national collaboration. The plan was ultimately brought to life via Envisio software (SBP partner); an industry leading cloud-based platform for monitoring progress of strategic plans.

The project included a systematic review of current performance, competitor analysis, industry trends and the operating culture across the business. The plan was underpinned by organizational IP following extensive consultation with Directors, staff and stakeholders.

The final outcome was a dynamic strategic plan for the National Residential Division, ratified by the global head office team. The plan was onboarded with staff training in Envisio and ongoing periodic strategic advice and support from SBP consultants over the first 12 months of implementation.
